The problem:

Before the pandemic, local bakeries or panederias were often part of commute routes and office routines. Now that most of their clientele are working remotely, how do we reintroduce the panederia’s products into their new routines?

The goal:

To identify users’ food-ordering behaviors before and after the remote setting.

To provide solutions users’ needs that are relevant to our design problem.
